Gate Psychology can provide a range of professional services including Supervision, Psychological/Case Consultation, Training and bespoke packages of support for developing Trauma Informed Organisations.

Supervision

Dr Gemma Gate and colleagues are experienced in offering Clinical Supervision to a range of professionals on a 1:1 basis or group format. All our Clinicians have completed additional accredited supervision training which meets the British Psychological Society standards.

Consultation

Consultation can be an effective organisational intervention for ensuring the delivery of psychological informed care. We can offer consultation to support professionals with individual case work, or alternatively it can be used at an organisational level to increase and develop psychological mindedness within teams.

Our consultation packages can be combined with training to meet the needs of your team or organisation.

For example, we offer support to develop trauma informed organisations which includes training for employees, senior management and a series of consultation to review and support implementation of changes. Please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.

Training

Pre-Packaged Training

Packages are available on a range of topics including Developmental Trauma, Trauma Informed and Responsive Practice, Secondary Trauma and Supporting Professionals/Carers, Self-Harm, Trauma and risk-taking behaviours, Understanding the Teenage Brain, Working with Anger in Children & Young People, Supporting Children with Low Self Esteem.

We also offer the Kim Golding Attachment training packages which are approved by the Dyadic Developmental Parenting Institute (DDPI).

 Bespoke Training Packages can also be created upon request.
